JOINT JIG AND JOINT METHOD FOR STRUCTURAL MEMBER THEREOF AND JOINT STRUCTURE BETWEEN STRUCTURAL MEMBERS

PURPOSE: To make it possible to join firmly both structural members in simple structure by inserting a rod-shaped member for a connection jig into a communication hole formed on a contact area of the both structural members and filling up an adhesive agent between a jig and a peripheral wall of the communication hole substantially. ;CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a hollow section 4 formed in a longitudinal direction of a rod-shaped member 2 whose cross section is virtually disk-shaped or linear or bent in shape, are opened. Further, if required, a branch pipeline 6 is installed, thereby constituting a connection jig 1. Then, a pair of communication holes 13 and cut portions are formed on a contact area between structural members comprising laminated materials, wood, stone materials and concrete. The rod-shaped member 2 for the connection jig 1 is inserted into the communication holes 13 on both the structural members so that the branch pipe 6 is installed to the cut portion. Then, an adhesive agent 18 is sprayed in from one end of the hollow section 4 or an opening section of the branch pipe 6 and forced to flow out from an opening on the other side of the hollow section 4, thereby filling the adhesive agent into a peripheral wall between the connection jig 1 and the communication holes 13, which makes it possible to join both the structural members firmly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
