PURPOSE: To enhance construction properties by setting up a previously manufactured skirting mortar finishing plate on floor concrete in place of forms, and applying a waterproof agent to the inside of the plate and the surface of a floor, and packing mortar inside the plate after drying. ;CONSTITUTION: A veneer 5mm shorter than finished height is formed into a skirting mortar finishing plate 5 by stacking a trimmed sheet of vinyl, a mortar setting bed, a deadwood and mortar finish one atop another. In that case, the mixing ratio of mortar is 40kg cement, 120kg sand and 200kg chemical fibers for plastering. The plate 5 is erected on a floor via bonding adjusting mortar 17 by referring to ink applied to the floor face and yarn 13 stretched above the vertical plane of the floor face and is supported by means of an adjusting screw 11 or the like and set in place using quick-setting cement 15. A waterproof agent 14 is applied to the inner surface of the plate 5 and the floor face and after the agent is dried the screw 11, etc., is removed and the inside of the plate is filled with mortar or concrete, etc. Therefore, one plastering can substitute formed and filling and waterproofing work and the period and cost of construction can be greatly reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
