PURPOSE: To easily form a substrate inclining toward a drain in the case of providing the part below the surface of water of a water inclination face with the drain. ;CONSTITUTION: Inclination plates 3a or 3b which are made of synthetic resin foaming material and severally have an oblique inclining face 1 inclining in an oblique direction are used for a substrate. Thus, since a spot where mortar is directly deposited without providing the substrate to form a water inclination face is eliminated, execution becomes easy, and the term of works is thereby shortened.
