CONTROLLING EQUIPMENT FOR FEED WATER FLOW RATE OF BOILER FEED FACILITY

PURPOSE: To enable control of a feed water flow rate by a simple system and inexpensively on the occasion when a load of a boiler for a power plant varies. ;CONSTITUTION: In the case when a load of a boiler lowers, an actuator 9a is made to operate by a 0% opening instruction V₀, a feed water control valve 6a is narrowed down gradually and thereby a feed water flow rate at an outlet of a feed water pump 5a is reduced. When the feed water flow rate lowers to a prescribed flow rate, a minimum flow valve 8a is closed gradually. In the case when the load of the boiler rises, the feed water control valve 6a opens gradually in contrast to the case when the load of the boiler lowers, and the minimum flow valve 8a is closed gradually.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
