PURPOSE: To surely fix a prosthetic tooth by making the easy supply treatment of the prosthetic tooth to the loss of teeth on the dentist side alone without the aid of a dental technician. ;CONSTITUTION: Engaging lens 1b, 1b in the state of closing shape memory members 1 inserted into a metallic fitting member 2 existing in the lost part D of the tooth are inserted into cavities 3, 3 formed in the molar teeth T1, T2 on both sides of the lost part D of the tooth. The prosthetic tooth 4 is supplied by interposing a resin so as to cover the fitting member 2 and the engaging legs 1b, 1b are restored to the original opening state (base phase state) by heating the shape memory member 1 after curing of the resin, by which the prosthetic tooth 4 is fixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
