PURPOSE: To unnecessitate dividing an area in which the execution control information of a logical language is stored, and to reduce the overhead of the processing of managing the area by using an instruction to call the processing of returning the logical language to the other language. ;CONSTITUTION: At the time of converting a logical language program into an instruction column, the instruction to call a returning means 114 to the other language is set as the instruction to be finally executed, so that it is not necessary to judge the end of the execution of the logical language by the presence or absence of the execution control information to be referred to.
