PURPOSE: To improve the magnetic permeability and to reduce color slippage generated from the bias of electron beams caused by a stray magnetic field by regulating the integrating degree and hardness of the crystalline planes on the surface of the alloy sheet after being subjected to blackening treatment in which Ni, Mn, Si, Cr Ti, Mo or the like are specified. ;CONSTITUTION: The alloy constituted of, by weight, 34 to 38% Ni, 0.35% or less Mn, 0.06% or less Si, 0.05% or less Cr, 0.02% or less Ti, 0.05% or less Mo, 0.05% or less W, 0.02% or less Nb, 0.05% or less V, 0.05% or less Cu and 0.25% total or less of Ti, Cr, Al, Si, Mo, W, Nb, V and Cu, and the balance Fe is melted. The hot-rolled steel strip of this alloy is annealed at 810 to 890°C, and cold rolling-recrystallization annealing-finish cold rolling-stress relief annealing are executed. Next, it is subjected to annealing before press-forming at 720 to 900°C and is subjected to blackening treatment at 520 to 600°C.
