PURPOSE: To embody enhanced ink discharge efficiency and improved reliability for an ink jet head which uses a lamination vibrator as an actuator. ;CONSTITUTION: An active part 11 whose surface is joined with a pressure transmission member 19 for a lamination piezo-electric element 10 or the surface which is joined with the lamination piezo-electric element 10 of the pressure transmission element 19 is designed to be recessed or projected, which makes it possible to join only the active part 11 of the lamination vibrator 10 with the pressure transmission member 19, thereby constituting a micro-actuator which is excellent in displacement efficiency and microswitch compared with an inactive part 12 fixed and an ink jet head which uses the actuator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
