TEA CEREMONY KETTLE MADE OF STONEWARE

PURPOSE: To provide a tea ceremony kettle made of stoneware which is sturdy, has no anxiety about toxicity, can obtain soft water optimum for the tea ceremony, and naturally generates the kettle sound without applying a trick at all. ;CONSTITUTION: A tea ceremony kettle is constituted of a main body 1 curved from a bottom wall 3, continued to a peripheral wall 4 to form a nearly spherical shape, and having a neck section 5 protruded and a heavy cover body 2 sealing an opening section. Both the main body 1 and the cover body 2 are made of thick beautiful stone belonging to amphibole. When hot water is boiled with the tea ceremony kettle, the toxic material in the hot water is absorbed and removed by the main body 1 and the cover body 2, the mineral content in the hot water is rectified into soft water, and the kettle sound is naturally generated in consonance with the boiling of the hot water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
