PURPOSE: To manufacture an ununiform thickness member such as a cam piece having a desired shape and a high strength at a low cost and favorably. ;CONSTITUTION: A ununiform thickness member such as a cam piece having a through hole in the middle is manufactured by plural times of drawing. A plug 18 having an outer profile nearly equal to an inner profile 21a is inserted into an original tube 20 which has a D-shaped inner profile 21a and in which this inner profile 21a is eccentric to an outer profile 21b and under this state the 1st drawing is carried out to the original tube 20.
