PURPOSE: To pass urine sanitarily as the male is left as it is kept at a standing attitude without leaking urine from a Western stool when the male urinates by the Western stool by installing an urine receiving section having capacity and length capable of sufficiently including penis and a pipe section connecting urine received by the urine receiving section to the stool. ;CONSTITUTION: An urine receiving section 1 having capacity and length capable of sufficiently including penis and a pipe section 2 connecting urine received by the urine receiving section 1 to a Western stool and having flexibility are unified, thus constituting a urinal stall for the Western stool. A collar 7 is mounted to the inlet of the urine receiving section 1, and pain at a time when the urine receiving section 1 collides with a body is prevented. Penis is introduced completely into the urine receiving section 1 and urination is conducted at the time of usage.
