AUTOMATIC PACKING DEVICE FOR INNER PERIPHERY OF METALLIC BAND COIL

PURPOSE: To provide a means which enables the reliable and stable feed of a packing sheet through prevention of the warp of a packing sheet owing to a winding curl, in an inner periphery automatic packing work for a metallic band coil. ;CONSTITUTION: A device 10 for preventing the warp of a packing sheet is arranged between an expandable drum 1 having a plurality of division vacuum segments and a packing sheet feeding unit 3. The device 10 comprises a press plate for preventing the occurrence of a warp vertically moved by means of a hydraulic cylinder and an air injection nozzle. The warp of the forward end of a packing sheet 2 positioned above the expandable drum 1 is prevented from occurring by means of the press plate and air and the device has a function to press the warp against the expandable drum 1 for suction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
