CONTROLLER FOR CLOTH DOFFING TIME OF LOOM

PURPOSE: To enhance the operating efficiency of the whole by optimally regulating the cloth doffing time of a loom. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective controller is equipped with a predicting means 11 for predicting the cloth doffing time of a loom (L₁), a regulating means 12 for selecting the loom (L₁) to change the weaving length so as to optimize the number of looms for cloth doffing within the prescribed set time zone and a weaving length change command means 13 for changing the weaving length of the selected loom (L₁). The regulating means 12 adds or reduces the weaving length of each loom (L₁) based on the cloth doffing time from the predicting means 11. Thereby, the cloth doffing time is corrected to optimally regulate the number of looms for the cloth doffing within each set time zone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
