PRODUCTION OF UNBLEACHED KRAFT PAPER FOR HEAVY-DUTY BAGS

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a production process for unbleached kraft paper which can give heavy-duty bags resisting slippage even when they are filled with the powder product and piled up without coating a slip-proof agent in the process stage of the paper making or bag making. ;CONSTITUTION: The unbleached kraft paper is made by adding a filler consisting of a hydrated silicate salt containing at least 80wt.% of particles of 1 to 30μm particle sizes and less than 0.4wt.% of particles of 5 to 10μm sizes, in an amount of 0.2 to 3wt.% based on the weight of the absolutely dried pulp. The unbleached kraft paper has more than 30° sliding angle according to JISP 8147 before bag making and can keep over 25° even after printing or bag making.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
