ULTRASONIC MOTOR HAVING IMPROVED STARTING PERFORMANCE

PURPOSE: To enhance starting performance of ultrasonic motor permanently by improving a sliding member interposed between the rotor and the stator of the ultrasonic motor thereby preventing the rotor from sticking to the stator irrespective of frictional heat or moisture. ;CONSTITUTION: A sliding member 6 interposed between a rotor 3 and a stator 1 is prepared by applying fluororesin containing copper inhibitor having melting point lower than 300°C onto an abrasion resistant member, e.g. heat resistant fibers, belt, or paper, and then heating and pressing them. Alternatively, the sliding member 6 may be prepared by heating and pressing a mixture of a copper inhibitor, an abrasion resistant material composed of fibrous abrasion resistant material or heat resistant resin, and a fluornated carbon resin having melting point of 300°C or below.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
