LINK WATER FEED PIPE-FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM FOR BUILDING

PURPOSE: To enable the combination of telephone communication and power control from the front of a fire site by allowing the supplying of a pressure water easily even to a high storied part of a building from a fire engine outside, the performing of telephone communication accurately between a commander section of the fire engine and a fire fighter at the fire site and the execution of a remote control of power for a pressure pump or the like directly by the fire fighter. ;CONSTITUTION: A water feeding pipe 3 is arranged penetrating vertically through a building, a hose link part 4 in the water feeding pipe and a water receiving part 5 is arranged in a water feeding pipe close to an external road. The water feeding pipe is equipped internally with a conductive wire and terminals are provided at tips of the hose link part and the water receiving part connected to the conductive wire. The conduction hose 7 is so arranged to be connectable between the fire engine 15 and the water receiving part and to the hose link parts. A terminal is provided at a base end part of a pipe nozzle in contact with the terminal of a hose and connected to a communication controller to allow the forcing of a pressure water to the pipe nozzle from the fire engine while wired telephone communication is made possible between the commander section and the fire fighter holding the pipe nozzle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
