REVERSE RECOVERY SIMULATION CIRCUIT FOR DIODE

PURPOSE: To provide a modeling method which effectively models the diode after reverse recovery by a simple circuit and is widely applicable. ;CONSTITUTION: This circuit has a 1st current control type current source provided in inverse parallel to the main diode 1 to be simulated and consists of a 2nd current control type current source 4 which supplies a current proportional to the current flowing to the main diode 1, a 1st diode 5, an inductor 9, a 2nd diode 6, a 1st resistor 7, and a 2nd resistor 8; and a correction current based upon an exponential function is supplied to the 1st current source after the peak of the inverse current of the main diode.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
