WORK COORDINATES COLLECTIVELY WORKING METHOD AND DEVICE USING COORDINATES CORRECTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To facilitate accurate machining of a work, even if an error is caused in the work reference position or the like of a jig block, while correcting the error by constituting a device in such a way that a large number of works fitted on the jig block can be machined by adopting a work coordinates correction system. ;CONSTITUTION: A jig block 2 of a polyhedron on which a large number of works are fitted in respective prescribed positions based on a reference position is carried in on a machining center 9 side for carrying out NC machining of works 5. In this case, the dimensional errors of the jig block 2 from a reference point 16 to respective reference positions (work reference pins) 4, and angular errors of respective surfaces of the jig block 2 are previously obtained, and the NC machining of works 5 is carried out by using a work coordinates correction system having a machining program capable of correction input so that prescribed machining can be carried out while correcting the coordinates as much as the error.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
