PURPOSE: To enable the positive insertion of a segment fastening bolt into bolt holes to be effected. ;CONSTITUTION: At the time of fitting a bolt B to bolt holes H1, H2 respectively formed in an existing segment S2 and a new segment S1 using a bolt chucker 1 and a nut runner 2, light is radiated to the bolt holes H1, H2 from a light part 31b provided at one of the bolt chucker 1 and nut runner 2. The image of the bolt holes H1, H2 is then taken into an operator scope provided at one of the bolt chucker 1 and nut runner 2 by an image pickup element 32, and the new segment S1 is adjusted in its position on the basis of the obtained image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
