PURPOSE:To provide the solution searching device for restriction satisfying problem which enables efficient search for the solution for restriction satisfying problem by developing nodes having high possibility for autonomously reaching the solution of a search tree based on declared conditions. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of a node generating element 201 to successively generate one or plural node groups before one step by starting from the development of the root node of the search tree, temporary storage element 202 to temporarily store the node groups, conditional evaluation element group 203 to decide the evaluation values of the node groups stored in the temporary storage element 202 according to an evaluation reference, and evaluation value integrating element 204 to instruct the decision of the node of the search tree to be next developed, and the development of the decided node to the node generating element 201.
