A method of ultrasonic detection of the appearance of a gaseous PhSe in a liquid phase contained in an enclosure, characterized in that it consits: - passing at tavers of the enclosure and the liquid trains of frequency waves above 20 kHz, duration of about 10-3s and sufficiently spaced in time, to avoid duplication of receiving signals collected on leaving the enclosure; detecting, with at least one ultrasonic receiver, the overall output signal transmitted through the liquid phase system enclosure; to separate in this global signal RCU, the useful part corresponding to the passage of the liquid phase; to dtéecter for this useful part of the signal, any damping of the amplitude characteristic of the presence of a gaseous phase in the liquid phase.
