A mobile measuring apparatus for rail geometric parameter sensing, particularly suitable for rails of town railways, consisting of a double-axle carriage (1), connected by coupling device (2) to the drive vehicle (5). The double-axle carriage (1) is connected to the single-axle measurement carriage (4) through a mechanism (3) for transfer of traction forces. The single-axle measurement carriage (4) consists of a wheel set (6), pivoted in the bearing chamber (7), in which there are guide spurs (19) with springs (8). A frame (9) is placed on the springs (8), on which by means of suspenders (2) an undertow bearer with other springs (10) is arranged, on which there is a loaded box (11) where the first sensor (12) of vertical acceleration and second sensor (13) of side acceleration are located. Between the frame (9) and loaded box (11) there are the first hydraulic dampers (14), the second hydraulic dampers (15), and third hydraulic dampers (16) and stop (24).
