The invention relates to the heterocyclic compounds.The aim: desired product yield increasing and process simplification.The apovincaminic ethyl ester is prepared by etherification of the apovincaminic acide with the ethylic alcohol in the acetonitryl medium and the process is carried out in presence of 2-fluor-1,3,5-trinitrobenzene and 4-dimethylaminopyridine as etherification agent at room temperature during 3-5 hours.
