The object of the present invention is an endosseous screw, for dental implants, characterized by comprising a substantially cylindrical body made of commercially pure titanium. Said body has at one end an externally unthreaded cylindrical neck, having a threaded blind axial hole of hexagonal section. A plug screw can be applied in the hole in the surgical phase and a prosthetic stump in the implant-prosthesis restoration phase; a stem with a rounded thread is associated with the neck.
