Paint-stripping composition in gel form, comprising chlorinated solvents, water-miscible solvents, optional surfactants, hydrocarbons, thickeners, organic bases and water, suitable for use on metallic surfaces of railway and tram carriages, and of other means of transport painted with epoxide, polyurethane or synthetic products in general, or treated with synthetic stoppers and in particular epoxy stoppers.
