Footwear chamfering machine with two symmetrical angled levers - has link points, hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders sensors, rollers, clamps, jaws, motor, grinder and pivot arms.
The footwear-production machine has a frame incorporating a feeder for the footwear parts (8). Two symmetrically positioned angled levers (1) engage with each other at their linkage-points (2). Attached to the bend in each angled lever are hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders (3). Sensors (4) with a roller (12) for a template (7) are positioned near the angled lever free end. A clamp (5) near each angled lever free end has a movable jaw on which is a grinder (6) for rubbing down the footwear piece (8), and motor (15). The sensor and clamp are positioned on a pivot arm (10). The fixed part of each clamp has a support (14) for the back of each footwear piece. USE/ADVANTAGE - The automatic machine enables the edges of the footwear parts, such as heel reinforcements, to be quickly and accurately chamfered so that their thickness is evenly reduced.
