Substances which absorb near infra-red radiation are dispersed in a continuous phase of polymeric material USE/ADVANTAGE : As film or sheet for green houses, agricultural tunnels, industrial buildings, etc. Passage of short IR radiation, e.g. near IR from the sun, is regulated as a function of the amount and type of absorbent used, without, reducing permeability to visible radiation.
