The sheet material is made by: (a) intimate mixing of 10-35% EPDM and/or EPM, 4-15% paraffinic, aromatic and/or naphthenic oil, 5-25% improved hardener consisting of isotactic polypropylene and 5-25% ethylene-vinyl acetate; (b) adding calcium carbonate, barium sulphate and other fillers on amount of 0-90% and conventional additives; and (c) rolling the mixt. into sheet form.
