A roll of usual self-adhesive sheet material is: (a) printed by the flexographic process in one or more colours to provide all the ornamentation not required to be luminescent; (b) cut into pieces of required size on a guillotine; (c) applying fluorescent dye by silk-screen printing to all areas of the ornamentation where a luminescent effect is required; and (d) die cutting the motifs to allow them to be separated from the original sheet and give then their definitive shape.
