A compound for the regeneration of articular cartilage and bones implant comprising cells expressing a phenotype chondrocyte (80 x 10 Exp6 CEL / ML) primarily derived chondrocytes or osteoblasts OF ORIGIN homologous or heterologous or chondrocytes homologues or CHONDROCYTES derived fibroblasts MUSCLE homologues or any other cell progenital of mesenchymal origin, which are embedded in a VEHICULO immobilizing READSORVIBLE BIOLOGICO, biocompatible, biodegradable (BRIV) ADHESIVO CONSISTING fibrinogen, thrombin, CaCl 2, protease inhibitor and at least 10%, preferably 15 to 30 % WHEY, and a process for preparing such a compound as SKELETAL TISSUE IMPLANT.
