The present invention provides compounds of the formula CHEM by treatment of a potassium tetrachloroplatinite solution in water with the corresponding aminopyrrolidine. In the compounds of the present invention R is a linear alkyl group containing 1 to 12 carbon atoms and R1 is a linear alkyl group containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms. The compounds of the present invention have pharmacological application due to their antitumor activity.
