THE INVENTION REFERS TO A WATER DISPERSIONS OF POLYORETHANE; THAT RETICULATE THROUGH ENERGY-RICH RADIATIONS: CONSISTS OF: (A) A POLYISUCIANATE; (B) A POLYOL WITH A MOLECULAR WEIGHT BETWEEN 400 AND 6000; A POLYOL WITH A MOLECULAR WEIGHT BETWEEN 62 AND 399; (D) A POLYCAMINE WITH TWO REACTIVE AMINO GROUPS OPPOSED TO THE ISUCIANATES, (E) AN AMINOALCOHOL WITH A REACTIVE AMINO GROUP OPPOSED TO THE ISUCANATE; (T) A COMPOUND WITH INOE FIELDS AND WITH REACTIVE AMINO OR HYDROXYL GROUPS IN AN OPPOSITE ISUCANATE; (G) A MONOFUNCTIONAL POLYETHENOL AND (H) A COMPOUND WITH AN ETHYLENEICALLY UNSATURATED GROUP AND A HYDROXYL GROUP AND THEY ARE CHARACTERIZED BECAUSE; COMPOUND (H) IS USED WITH 0.02 TO 0.08 GRAM EQUIVALENT 0.4 WITH RESPECT TO COMPOUND (A); THE POLYURETHANE DISSOLVED IN FUNCTIONAL DIMETHYLL PRESENTS A K-VALUE ACCORDING TO TIKENTESCHER GREATER THAN 40 AND THE POLYORETHANE DOES NOT DISSOLVE IN DIMENTIL FORMAMIDE.
