A corynebacteria integron is characterized in that it comprises a gene ensuring efficient selection in the said corynebacteria and a homologous sequence of the genome of the said corynebacteria, said sequences having been adapted to said bacteria. Application is found particularly in the production of proteins by the culture of corynebacteria transformed by said integron when it comprises a sequence coding for a protein of interest.
