The subject of the invention is a disc for antibiotics. Disc or slice of the round type made of sterile filter paper used in the usual way for antibiotic tests, characterised in that it contains, at its centre, a hole (16) and in that is charged with one of the two products (A, B) to be studied, and the said hole (16) is made so as to be able to receive the usual antibiotic disc, known as "complementary disc", which will take its place in the said central hole (16) of the said pierced disc (15).
