Compounds of the formula I IMAGE in which X1 and X2 independently of one another denote O, S or Se, and R1 and R2 independently of one another represent a substituted monovalent radical of an aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon having 1 to 20 C atoms, which is unsubstituted or substituted by NH2, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, phenyl or C3-C8-cycloalkyl. The compounds of the formula I can form electrically conductive charge transfer complexes.
