The recording circuit recording the runtime information in the vertical blanking period includes a timer (10) generating one pulse perminute; a multiplexier (30) selecting data (d0-d6) sequentially; a microprocessor (40) producing the command to record the runtime information. The runtime displaying circuit comprises a vertical blanking detector (12) finding the blanking signal; a level detector (50) extracting the time information from the vertical blanking signal; a microprocessor (2) controls a chromatic means (5) to display the runtime information on the screen.
