(1) mixing a silicon alcohol seed and an alcohol in an acidic aqueous solution sufficient to partially hydrolyze the silicon alkoxide, (2) adding titanium alkoxide or zirconium alkoxide to the mixture, and (3) adding a metal alkoxide (4) changing the gel to a solution gel, (5) putting the gel into an acidity map, and then converting the gel into an index-induced oxidative oxidation (6) fixing the gel in a solvent tank, (7) placing the fixing gel in an alcohol-type alkali salt dissolving tank to uniformly distribute the alkali ions in the gel, (8) adding the gel to the alkaline solution, (9) drying the gel for a time sufficient to separate the liquid from the gel, and (10) sintering the dried gel to form a clear sloped sheet glass.
