SUBSTANCE: method comprises the steps of determining intra-grain voids-material ratio of mineral components such as crushed stone, sand and cement by calculation, and their porosity, conducting sieve analysis of mineral components, calculating volume coefficients of grain separation based on sieve analysis, and finding consumption of components per 1 m³ of concrete mix taking in account obtained data. To simplify designing of concrete mix and optimizing grain carcass of system, the consumption of crushed stone, sand, cement and water is determined by the formula submitted in the description. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
