Yield is 27-88% . Reagent 1: corresponding N-acylsubstituted derivative or N-potassium or N-triisopropylsilyl-derivative. Reagent 2: deblocking agent, for example, tetrabutylammonium or cesium fluoride. Synthesized compounds are used in medicine. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
