FIELD: medicine, particularly, infantile traumatism and treatment of inveterate Montegia injuries. SUBSTANCE: in distal third of forearm, one wire was passed through ulna and radius and other through ulna. Latter was elongated and subjected to hypercorrection in frontal plane with bringing down and hidden setting of radius. EFFECT: shorter treatment period and possibility of stepwise restoring of normal anatomic arrangement in elbow joint.
