FIELD: medicine, in particular, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: object of invention was cutting down treatment time. Object was achieved by decompression of joint using hinged distraction device and displacement of head of femur relative to cavity. Centering of femur head was followed by distraction for adjusting width of joint slit. Distraction device applied, subtrochanterian canals were formed along axis of femur neck using epiphyseal plate and drill extension wires. Latter were removed stepwise to set up focus of long-term stimulation. EFFECT: shorter treatment period.
