PROCESS FOR PREPARING CRYSTALLINE ZEOLITE ALUMOSILICATES HAVING SiO₂/Al₂O₃ 20 MOLAR RATIO NOT LESS THAN 20

FIELD: processes for preparing crystalline zeolite alumosilicates. SUBSTANCE: a reaction mixture is subjected to hydrothermal crystallization. The reaction mixture contains SiO₂ and Al₂O₃ sources, mineral substances and crystalline nuclei in an aqueous alkali medium, the molar ratios being as follows: SiO₂/Al₂O₃ 20-60; OH^-/SiO₂ 0.10 - 0.20; and H₂S/SiO₂ 20 - 60. The hydrothermal crystallization is carried out in two stages: the first stage covers a temperature range of 245-325 C for 1-20 min; the second stage covers a temperature range of 120-225 C for 1-100 hr. EFFECT: greater efficiency of the process.
