Located inside body 1 is additional body 5 mounted for rotation around its axle 6. Additional body 5 is provided with man-hole 7 at side of control panel 3. Thickness of body wall, supporting control panel at location of man-hole, is greater than that of total thickness of walls of main and additional bodies.
