The installation includes a vehicle having a cabin (1) mounted on front and back wheels (2),and rails (3,4) serving as guide.The width of the cabin is much less than the spacing of the wheels and clearing of the slopes is achieved by use of four rails,two for front wheels and two for rear wheels disposed in a fashion to maintain the vehicle horizontal. The vehicle is tractor mounted and braked by a cable (5).The point of flexible fixation (6) of the vehicle to the cable is situated preferably at the middle of the cabin.The vehicle is moved by a motor leading to a system of racks or to the cable. ADVANTAGE-Can engage all types of slopes from 0 degrees to ninety degrees.
