The antistatic, optionally cellular polyurethane cast elastomers contain carbon black having a BET surface area of from 600 to 1300 m2/g, a dibutyl phthalate absorption pore volume of from 300 to 520 cm3 per 100 g, a bead density of less than 250 kg/m3 and a mean particle size of less than 50 nm in an amount of from 0.2 to 1.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyhydroxyl compounds (b). The products are prepared in a manner known per se by the one-shot or prepolymer process at temperatures of from 10 to 150 DEG C. To produce antistatic, optionally cellular polyurethane mouldings, the free-flowing reaction mixture is poured into an optionally temperature-controlled mould and allowed to cure in the open or closed mould.
