The working spectacle set is provided on both sides with anti-glare protection shades (3). The optical lenses (1) are optimally matched to the eyes of the user. Two optical lenses (1) can be respectively arranged one behind the other at each side of the spectacles. Light can only pass through the lenses (1) in one plane of oscillation, so that the effect of light polarisation is intensified. The working spectacles can be placed on a conventional pair of spectacles or designed as a self standing pair of spectacles. ADVANTAGE - Reflection and glare suppressed to enable work at data display monitors and similar to be more comfortable with less harmful effect on eyes.
