The vessel (25) contg. the valve (21) rotates at least 90 deg. and pref. at least 180 deg. relative to a rotary axis (22) standing at right angles to the flow direction (11). The vessel is attached to a chamber (8) demarcating an intermediate zone (2) by means of a rotatable flange connection (12a,b) having a ring channel (14). The ring channel is part of a connecting pipe (15) through which the supply zone can be connected to the differential pressure valve (21) independently of the rotary position of the vessel. A three-way magnetic valve is pref. installed in the connecting pipe and when operated the differential pressure valve opens and the pressure in the intermediate zone breaks down. USE/ADVANTAGE - Fitment on drinking water supply is suitable for vertical and horizontal installation while meeting strict safety requirements preventing reflux.
