The hub (7) is mounted on a shaft (3) and a round pulley (11) revolves on a ball race around the hub. The pulley is connected to the hub by flexible bars (8) which are parallel and fixed on the opposite outer thirds of the discs by other bars (10) and an intermediate parallel strip (14) fixed at its centre to the hub. The other bars (10) have clamping elements (9) and flexible stops (13) and a collar (12) is fitted to the central strip (14). A tined roller and a vibrator are fitted on the shaft (3) which is driven by a motor and an endless belt running around the pulley (11). ADVANTAGE - A constant angular velocity is maintained.
