Adjustable telescopic sight - brings target point adjustment dependent on distance into accordance with adjustment dependent on ballistics

The telescopic sight (10) has an adjustment member (11,12). The sight is attached to a rifle, especially a hunting rifle. A processor (17) connected to a range finder (15) via a measurement convertor (16) is connected to the sight. The processor has an exchangeable chip card (18) at the input. The ballistic characteristic data of the rifle being used is recorded on this card. At the output the processor is connected to an adjustment motor (22) of one adjustment member (11) for height variations of the target optic and to an adjustment motor (24) of the other adjustment member (12) for sideways variations. ADVANTAGE - Simple, inexpensive device which provides optimal requirements for problem free target reliability. Easily applied to any rifle with bullets of different calibre.
