The frequencies (f1,f2) of tone frequency voltages in the range audibility, are made audible alternating in the connected right or left ear phone (6). The person under test is challenged by means of a manual feedback to adjust the frequency equilibrium (f1 = f2). The method is carried out by tuning adjustment of the tone generator (1) of the two tone generators (1,2). The adjusted deviation (DELTA f = f2 - f1) is indicated in a differential frequency meter (5). ADVANTAGE - Musically of person can be determined without high engineering cost. Adjusted differential frequency is correlated directly to musicality of person under test.
